소개
학술진흥재단 등재지인 『시장경제연구』(Journal of Market Economy)는 서강대학교의 부설연구기관인 지암남덕우경제연구원(Nam Duck Woo Economic Research Institute)의 정기 발행 학술지로서 시장경제의 발전을 위한 경제이론 개발, 경제정책 수립, 그리고 효과적인 경제교육 등에 부합하는 경제학 및 관련 분야의 연구 논문을 수록하여 널리 알리는 것을 목적으로 한다. 시장경제의 효율성과 실패를 포함한 모든 시장경제와 관련한 미시, 거시, 국제 분야의 이론과 실증 분석 논문을 수록하고, 동 분석에 필요한 계량 논문을 수록한다. 이와 같은 학술 논문 이외에도 우리나라 시장경제의 발전을 도모할 수 있는 정책 논문도 수록한다.
『시장경제연구』 투고요령
다른 학술지 및 여타 간행물에 이미 게재된 논문은 『시장경제연구』에 게재하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 한다.
논문을 기고하고자 하는 사람은 “아래한글” 또는 “MS Word”로 작성된 파일을 온라인 투고 시스템 홈페이지 https://neri.jams.or.kr/ 를 통해 제출하며, 제출된 원고는 반환하지 않는다.

『시장경제연구』 논문 작성요령
논문 투고 시 별지에 다음 사항들을 정확히 기재해야 한다.
- 논문제목 (한글과 영문 필수)
- 저자 성명 (한글과 영문 필수): 공저일 경우 주저자와 공저자를 구분 해야 하며 편집을 담당할 저자(corresponding author)를 명시해야 한다.
- 핵심주제어(Keywords): 한글과 영문으로 각 5개 이내
- JEL 분류번호
- 논문초록 (한글과 영문) : 한글과 영문으로 각 100단어 이내
- 소속, 직위, 연락처(전화번호, FAX , E-mail 주소 등)
- 국문 원고는 한글과 한자를 혼용할 수 있으나, 한자의 사용은 한글로 표기하였을 때 뜻이 명확하지 않거나 혼동의 가능성이 있는 경우로 제한한다.
다음의 원고 형식에 따라 원고를 제출한다.
- 장(章), 절(節)의 구분은 장은 ‘Ⅰ.,Ⅱ.,Ⅲ.…’으로 절은 숫자 ‘1.,2.,3.…’으로 소절은 ‘1), 2), 3)…’의 순서로 번호 매긴 후 한 칸을 띄우고 제목을 표기한다.
- 문단모양은 왼쪽여백 0, 오른쪽여백 0, 들여쓰기 10, 줄간격 160로 설정한다.
- 편집용지의 용지여백은 위쪽, 아래쪽, 왼쪽, 오른쪽은 각 20, 머리말은 10, 꼬리말은 0으로 설정한다.
- 글자모양의 글자크기는 10, 글자모양은 신명조로 지정한다.
- 도표: 그림 및 표는 직접 출판할 수 있는 형태이어야 하며, 〈그림1〉, 〈표1〉과 같이 아라비아 숫자에 의해 일련번호가 매겨져야 한다.
- 각주의 사용은 되도록 피하되 사용하는 경우는 어구의 오른쪽 상단에 일련번호 (예 : 1), 2))를 붙여 표시하고 해당 페이지 하단에 일련번호와 함께 내용을 적는다.
- 수식의 경우 번호 매김은 장과 절의 구분 없이 해당 줄의 제일 우측에 “(1)”와 같이 순차적으로 표기하며 일련번호 앞에 점 또는 선을 표기하지 아니한다.
- 부록은 논문의 본문 끝과 참고문헌 사이에 첨가한다.
참고문헌의 작성요령은 다음과 같다.
- 참고문헌을 본문에서 인용하는 경우 “Masson and Qualls(1976)와 이규억·이성순(1985)에서 지적 되고 있는…” 와 같은 방식으로 표기하거나, “…하였다(이진석 2000, 이경순 1985).”와 같이 표기한다. 단, 저자가 3인 이상인 경우 “…하였다(OOO 외 2000).” 혹은 (Masson et al. 1976)로 표기해야 한다.
- 참고문헌의 배열의 순서는 동향문헌은 가나다 순으로, 서양문헌은 알파벳 순으로 하고 배열순서대로 일련번호 (예 : 1., 2.)를 매긴다. 논문은 “ ”으로 표시하고, 책은 국문의 경우 『 』으로, 영문의 경우 기호 없이 이탤릭체로 표기한다.

Introduction
The Journal of Market Economy, which is indexed by the National Research Foundation of Korea, is a regularly published academic journal of the Nam Duck Woo Economic Research Institute, an affiliated research institute of Sogang University. Its purpose is to widely disseminate research papers in economics and related fields that contribute to the development of the market economy, the formulation of economic policy, and effective economic education. The journal publishes theoretical and empirical studies in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and international economics related to all aspects of the market economy, including both market efficiency and market failure, as well as econometric studies necessary for such analyses. In addition to academic papers, it also publishes policy papers that can contribute to the advancement of Korea’s market economy.
Submission Guidelines for the Journal of Market Economy
In principle, papers that have already been published in other academic journals or publications will not be accepted for publication in the Journal of Market Economy.
Authors wishing to submit a paper should prepare the manuscript in either Hangul or MS Word format and submit it through the online submission system at https://neri.jams.or.kr/ . Submitted manuscripts will not be returned.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines for the Journal of Market Economy
When submitting a manuscript, the following information must be accurately provided on a separate sheet:
- Title of the paper (required in both Korean and English)
- Author name(s) (required in both Korean and English): In the case of co-authored work, the lead author and co-authors must be clearly distinguished, and the corresponding author responsible for editorial communication must be indicated.
- Keywords: Up to five in both Korean and English
- JEL classification codes
- Abstract (in both Korean and English): Each within 100 words
- Affiliation, position, and contact information (telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc.)
- Korean manuscripts may use Chinese characters together with Korean where necessary, but such usage should be limited to cases in which meaning would otherwise be unclear or potentially ambiguous when written only in Korean.
Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the following format.
- Chapters should be numbered as Ⅰ., Ⅱ., Ⅲ.…; sections as 1., 2., 3.…; and subsections as 1), 2), 3)… A single space should be inserted before the title of each item.
- Paragraph settings should be: left margin 0, right margin 0, first-line indent 10, and line spacing 160.
- Page margins should be set as follows: top 20, bottom 20, left 20, right 20, header 10, footer 0.
- Font settings should use font size 10 and Shinmyeongjo typeface.
- Figures and tables must be in a form suitable for direct publication and should be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals, such as
- Footnotes should be avoided whenever possible. If they are used, they should be indicated by consecutive superscript numbers (e.g., 1), 2)) and the corresponding note should appear at the bottom of the same page.
- Equations should be numbered consecutively on the far right of the relevant line, such as (1), without adding a dot or dash before the number.
- Appendices should be inserted between the end of the main text and the references section.
Guidelines for preparing references are as follows.
- When citing references in the main text, they should be written in the format “as pointed out in Masson and Qualls (1976) and Lee Gyu-eok and Lee Seong-sun (1985)” or “…(Lee Jin-seok 2000; Lee Gyeong-sun 1985).” If there are three or more authors, citations should appear as “…(OOO et al. 2000)” or “(Masson et al. 1976).”
- Korean references should be arranged in Korean alphabetical order, and Western references should be arranged in alphabetical order. The list should be numbered consecutively (e.g., 1., 2.) according to this order. Journal articles should be enclosed in quotation marks, while books should be marked with 『 』 in Korean and italicized without special symbols in English.
