RDC 이용 안내

빅데이터 연구센터가 유치한 RDC(Research Data Center)는 마이크로데이터 이용센터 서비스로, MDIS(MicroData Integrated Service)에서 제공하는 서비스를 말한다. 이는 통계망이 차단된 지정된 장소에서 승인용 또는 특수목적용 마이크로데이터를 이용하여 분석할 수 있도록 돕는 서비스이다. 사용하는 마이크로데이터는 복사해 갈 수 없으며, 분석결과표만 통계청의 반출승인을 받아 이용자에게 전달된다. 마이크로데이터를 서강대 통계센터에서 사용하기 원하는 연구자께서는 다음 절차를 참고하여 이용할 수 있다.

  (1) 통계청 MDIS 홈페이지(https://mdis.kostat.go.kr)에 접속하여 로그인합니다.
  (2) “데이터 이용”에서 “이용센터서비스 신청”을 선택합니다.
  (3) 연구계획서 등을 포함한 이용센터서비스 신청서를 작성합니다. 서강대 통계센터에서 자료를 이용하고자 하시는 연구자께서는 이용장소를 “서강대학교”로 선택하시기 바랍니다.
  (4) 통계청 관리자가 접수된 신청서의 내용을 확인한 후 승인 여부를 결정합니다.
  (5) 통계청 관리자의 승인이 이루어지면 사용자는 MY서비스 > 데이터이용현황에서 결제를 진행합니다. 결제 진행 전 이용자 준수사항 동의가 필요합니다. 결제는 신용카드, 무통장입금, 실시간계좌이체로 가능합니다.
  (6) 결제 완료 후 서강대 통계센터에 시간 예약 후 방문하여 분석 작업을 진행합니다.
  (7) 신청자가 생성한 데이터는 반출 전 통계청 관리자의 승인이 필요합니다.

Guide to Using the RDC

The RDC (Research Data Center) hosted by the Big Data Research Center is a Microdata Access Center service provided through MDIS (MicroData Integrated Service). This service allows researchers to analyze approved or special-purpose microdata in designated locations where access to external statistical networks is blocked. The microdata itself cannot be copied or taken out, and only output tables may be provided to users after receiving approval for release from Statistics Korea. Researchers wishing to use microdata at the Sogang University Statistics Center may follow the procedure below.

  (1) Visit the Statistics Korea MDIS website at https://mdis.kostat.go.kr and log in.
  (2) Under “Data Use,” select “Apply for Access Center Service.”
  (3) Complete the application form for the access center service, including the research proposal and other required documents. Researchers wishing to use the data at Sogang University Statistics Center should select “Sogang University” as the place of use.
  (4) A Statistics Korea administrator reviews the submitted application and determines whether approval will be granted.
  (5) Once approval is granted, the user proceeds with payment through MY Service > Data Use Status. Before payment, the user must agree to the compliance requirements. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or real-time account transfer.
  (6) After completing payment, the user should make a reservation with the Sogang University Statistics Center and visit in person to conduct the analysis.
  (7) Any data output created by the applicant requires approval from a Statistics Korea administrator before it can be released.
